When we are working to make changes in our lives and we keep hitting brick walls it may be time to look at our deeper unresolved emotions, especially the darker negative ones. Anger resentment, frustration humiliation, hostility, insecurity all play their part is undermining our confidence and belief in our abilities. This leads to us withholding or unconsciously blocking constructive change from occurring.

When we build a wall around our heart to protect ourselves we end up blocking our ability to love or be loved. We are one?s who end up suffering. Of course most of us do not see this. In a world fixated with goal setting, Law of Attraction and Positive Thinking, looking at our dark side is unfashionable.

While it is rational at first to protect ourselves eventually it becomes the problem. We want Love in our lives but due to past hurts and in some cases an unwillingness to forgive and appreciate the lessons offered we pull back and hide from what we really desire.

If you are having any problems maintaining or attracting our Divine Counterpart or a life partner we need to look at our part in this cosmic play. What role are playing at the conscious, unconscious and superconscious levels?

It is well known that unresolved emotional states have a physical effect on our physical bodies.

Grief. The lungs

Anger. The Liver

Bitterness and Resentment.The Gall Gladder

Fear. The Kidneys

The Chinese Health system of old understood the connection between emotions and the physical organs. The medicine clock or wheel shows us the different times our organs are most active and the emotions and other factors that can contribute to illness or wellness.

It is well known stress causes problems with our physical, mental and emotional bodies. Whenever we hold back, suppress and ignore our negative emotions, over time they will lead to illness or disease.

Negative emotions have a role to play in our lives, it is when we hold on to them for too long, problems occur. They can be seen as a warning sign something is out of balance or we need to change or address certain issues in our lives
