Laterality - Balancing the Body.
Our body is comprised of segments, some call body planes. We have a front and back, inner and outer, top and bottom, left and right. Each of these areas need to be connected to and communicating with the other planes. Many behaviour, or learning issues can result from a disconnect within our body.
Laterality is one of the tools used in Motivational Kinesiology. When exploring the potential of this technique I did some self testing on myself. All my life when I swim, other than scuba diving, I use my upper body. Sometime after the correction I went for a swim and was surprised I was using my whole body. For the first time I could integrate my upper body with my legs. It felt weird at first. For some reason in my distant path the communication system had malfunctioned the the communication between my upper and lower body had disconnected.
